Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Overall Job Purpose

Responsible for sales coordination, order processing, logistics, warehouse and administration including interaction with customers, vendors and service providers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Sales and Service Support
Preparing Quotations Purchase order entries in ERP Processing Sales Orders in ERP System Processing orders on factories Preparing Proforma Invoices Invoicing in ERP System Imports and Exports E-way bill Logistics & Dispatches Preparing Orders and Sales reports Interacting with Customers, Vendors and Service providers Vendor and Customer registration Handling customer and internal communication Inventory Management Filing and maintaining records

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline

Experience:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge in MS office

Required Skills:

• Able to communicate and foster relationships with customers and colleagues
• An excellent phone manner
• Be able to priortize workload
• Proactive and able to work without much direction/supervision
• Working within procedural guidelines in a methodical manner
• Computer literacy, be able to create correspondence in Word and Excel.
• Experience in CRM
