Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Support Assistant, based in Mumbai. In this role, the Sales Support Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, managing communication with customers, assisting in order processing, and maintaining sales records. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal departments, ensuring prompt customer support, and executing sales operations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
• Experience in Sales Operations and basic understanding of Sales processes
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and follow-ups
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience in Sales, Business Management, or a related field
