Job Summary

The Sales Supervisor – Lulu Connect is responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, leading the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service for telecom and digital products/services. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining service quality, and ensuring smooth coordination between staff, customers, and management.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Operations

  • Supervise daily sales activities of the Lulu Connect counter/store
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and daily sales targets
  • Promote telecom products, mobile connections, devices, accessories, and related services
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment with the store team

Team Management

  • Guide, train, and motivate sales executives
  • Allocate duties and shifts to ensure adequate counter coverage
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Ensure staff follow company policies and service standards

Customer Service

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and service-oriented environment

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to management
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and telecom regulations

Visual & Brand Standards

  • Ensure proper product display and branding at the Lulu Connect outlet
  • Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the sales area

Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
  • Diploma with relevant sales experience may be considered

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in retail sales or telecom sales
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead role preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
  • Sales-driven mindset with customer-focused approach
  • Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, MS Excel, reports)
  • Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in telecom, mobile retail, or service counters
  • Familiarity with telecom plans, and digital services
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
