Sales Staff

You will be joining Nexlume Led concept, an LED manufacturing company, in a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Staff member based in Ahmedabad with work-from-home flexibility. Your main responsibilities will include identifying and reaching out to potential customers, building and nurturing customer relationships, demonstrating and presenting products, as well as closing sales. It will also be your duty to maintain customer records, meet sales targets, and offer post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proven track record in sales and lead generation. Proficiency in conducting product demonstrations and presentations, excellent organizational and time-management abilities, and a knack for meeting sales targets are essential. A basic understanding of sales metrics and reporting will be beneficial. Any prior customer service experience will be an added advantage. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field will be beneficial for this position.
