Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gwalior for a Sales Staff position. The role involves managing client acquisition, building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, and promoting the company's range of financial advisory services. Key tasks include understanding client needs, providing tailored investment recommendations, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Staff will collaborate closely with the investment advisory team to ensure excellent client support and service.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Proven sales or business development experience in the financial sector
Foundational knowledge of Equity, Commodity, Cash, Futures, and Options markets
Analytical skills to understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment solutions
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and related technology
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Highly motivated with a client-focused approach
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Experience in financial advisory services or certifications (NISM/SEBI) will be an advantage
