Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. This role involves training new team members, managing sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include sales management, customer interactions, and implementing effective sales strategies. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Experience in Training and mentoring new team members Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Relevant experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Show more Show less
