Sales Specialist – Office Solutions

Role Overview:

As a Sales Specialist at Workplore, you will play a critical role in expanding our reach across the workspace solutions ecosystem. Your responsibilities will center on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with key decision-makers, and closing sales deals. You will draw on your understanding of client needs to offer tailored solutions spanning office leasing, workspace design/build, ready-to-move offices, office supplies, and more. Coordination with internal teams and exceptional client service are essential to drive client satisfaction and surpass sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the B2B segment
  • Engage with Admin, HR, Procurement, and Facilities teams of client companies
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Present and pitch the full suite of Workplore’s workspace solutions
  • Understand client needs and propose custom solutions
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed targets
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to improve offerings and service delivery
  • Deliver product and process training to junior sales team members
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the client journey


Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with Admin, HR, or Facility teams in multiple companies
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated success in sales and sales management
  • Ability to train and mentor sales team members
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in technology or workspace consultancy is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
