Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in New Delhi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and nurturing sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks involve achieving sales targets, delivering training to new sales representatives, and developing sales strategies to enhance overall sales performance. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with the sales team to manage client accounts and provide regular updates to sales management.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to handle Training for new sales team members
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
