Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, effectively communicating the value of products and services, and closing sales to meet company targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to team training and sales strategies. The role requires active involvement in sales management for optimal results.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients and foster positive relationships
• Proficiency in Sales techniques, including lead generation and closing opportunities
• Experience in Training and Sales Management to support team development and achieve targets
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
• Proven track record in meeting sales goals is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
