Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer interactions, and processing sales orders, and building client relationships. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, providing product information, handling inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities will include maintaining sales records and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience with Training and Development in a sales context
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
