E-commerce Operations Executive Dispatch & Logistics (D2C)

Role Summary

end-to-end order dispatch

Key Responsibilities

• Pull orders from

  Shopify/marketplaces

  ; create

  pick lists

  by SLA priority (prepaid/COD/express).

• QC pick pack

  : check SKUs, weights, seals, branding sleeves, inserts; ensure FEFO for perishables.
• Print

  shipping labels & invoices

  (thermal), prepare

  manifests

  ; schedule pickups; ensure on-time

  handover scans

  .
• Use

  Shiprocket/Delhivery/Ekart/Xpressbees/Bluedart

  panels; resolve

  weight disputes/chargebacks

  .
• Track

  NDR

  (non-delivery reports), call customers for address/phone issues;

  re-attempt

  or convert to prepaid.
• Reduce

  RTO

  with proactive follow-ups; log reasons; raise

  claims

  for lost/damaged shipments.
• Maintain

  dispatch dashboard & daily MIS

  : orders out, exceptions, courier TAT, shipping cost/order.
• Inventory hygiene:

  GRN

  , binning,

  cycle counts

  , batch/lot updates; alert low stock & packaging material needs.
• Generate

  E-way bills

  (when applicable), basic GST document coordination with accounts.
• Keep

  SOPs

  , hygiene & pest-control logs updated; follow safety & 5S.
• Support

  : slot bookings, city-wise splits, branded sleeves/notes.

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on with

  Shopify + Shiprocket

• Thermal printer, barcode scanner

  usage; basic volumetric weight math.
• Strong follow-through, calm under festive pressure; clear phone etiquette for NDR calls.
  
• Physically fit to lift cartons (up to ~15–20 kg safely); disciplined with checklists.
