Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing strong client relationships, and effectively cross-selling our digital services—particularly in Content Creation and Web Development.

This role also includes long-term potential to work on retainer-based client relationships, contributing strategically to the agency’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Generate qualified leads through networking, digital outreach, and client referrals
• Present and promote Story Sphere’s services to potential clients
• Cross-sell services including content development, branding, web solutions, and digital campaigns
• Build, manage, and maintain client relationships with a focus on long-term partnerships
• Collaborate with internal creative and technical teams to deliver tailored proposals
• Follow up on client inquiries and ensure timely closure of deals
• Explore and support long-term retainership opportunities with strategic clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
