Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Jamshedpur. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients, developing new clients in nearby states, managing customer relationships, executing effective sales strategies, and providing training to clients on product features. The role includes dedicated customer interaction and requires the Sales Specialist to travel occasionally for client meetings and sales presentations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales skills and experience, with expertise in Sales Management
• Experience in providing Training to clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the Stainless steel pipe or industrial product / sector is a plus
