Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Jamshedpur. The hybrid nature of the job allows for both on-site work at our Jamshedpur location and some work from home. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and generating sales leads, conducting market research, developing and maintaining client relationships, and closing sales transactions. Additional tasks include preparing sales reports, participating in sales meetings, and staying updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in conducting market research and generating sales leads
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in preparing sales reports and presentations
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
