Role Description The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Daily responsibilities include identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, recommending suitable financial products, and meeting sales targets. This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat. The role includes providing exceptional customer service and staying updated on the latest financial products and industry trends to offer the best solutions. Qualifications Strong skills in client relationship management and customer service Proficiency in sales techniques and negotiation strategies Basic knowledge of financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, and retirement plans Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions Self-motivated with a strong results-driven attitude Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred Experience in financial advisory, sales, or related fields is an advantage
