Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Rajkot with some work from home flexibility. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential customers, reaching out to prospects, and developing long-term customer relationships. Daily tasks include managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales presentations, and closing sales deals. The Sales Specialist will also train and mentor junior sales staff and assist in sales management activities to achieve team targets and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales abilities and experience
• Experience in Training and mentoring sales staff
• Skills in Sales Management and achieving targets
• Self-motivated with good organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the interior design industry is a plus
