Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Vadodara, Gujarat. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, presenting and promoting products or services, and managing the sales process from start to finish. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will conduct periodic training sessions and contribute to the overall sales growth and strategy of the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Experience in designing and conducting Training sessions to guide and motivate team members
• Problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to achieving results
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in sales or customer-focused environments is an advantage
