The Sales Executive will handle the entire sales cycle : Call the leads generated by Tilak Group Qualify & book site visits Attend the site visits Present the project Close bookings & collect payments This single role ensures maximum control , high accountability , and better conversion . Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Calling & Qualification Call inbound leads provided by Tilak Group (no lead-searching). Explain Skyline Prime / Ayutthaya / Elysian One in a crisp, clear manner. Understand customer's: Budget Requirement Timeline Location interest Qualify the lead and fix a confirmed appointment . 2. Site Visit Booking Convert interested leads into confirmed visits. Schedule date/time and share Google Maps + project location. Maintain a daily visit chart. 3. Site Visit Handling Welcome the customer to the project site. Give a structured project walkthrough: Amenities USP Sample flat/view Floor plans Pricing Rental/ROI model Provide a premium, confident presentation. 4. Sales Closing Convert site visits into EOI → Token → Booking . Handle objections: “Budget high” “Thinking about it” “Will see other projects” “Send details, I’ll get back” Push for same-day booking where possible. Explain payment schedule and agreements. 5. Follow-Up & Relationship Management Daily follow-up with warm & hot leads via call + WhatsApp. Build rapport, send videos, brochures, payment plans. Manage post-visit nurturing until booking. 6. Documentation Fill booking form KYC collection Payment initialisation Coordinate with Sales Manager & CRM Team 7.
