Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Calling & Qualification

  • Call

    inbound leads provided by Tilak Group

    (no lead-searching).
  • Explain Skyline Prime / Ayutthaya / Elysian One in a crisp, clear manner.
  • Understand customer's:
  • Budget
  • Requirement
  • Timeline
  • Location interest
  • Qualify the lead and fix a

    confirmed appointment

    .

2. Site Visit Booking

  • Convert interested leads into confirmed visits.
  • Schedule date/time and share Google Maps + project location.
  • Maintain a daily visit chart.

3. Site Visit Handling

  • Welcome the customer to the project site.
  • Give a structured project walkthrough:
  • Amenities
  • USP
  • Sample flat/view
  • Floor plans
  • Pricing
  • Rental/ROI model
  • Provide a premium, confident presentation.

4. Sales Closing

  • Convert site visits into

    EOI → Token → Booking

    .
  • Handle objections:
  • “Budget high”
  • “Thinking about it”
  • “Will see other projects”
  • “Send details, I’ll get back”
  • Push for same-day booking where possible.
  • Explain payment schedule and agreements.

5. Follow-Up & Relationship Management

  • Daily follow-up with warm & hot leads via call + WhatsApp.
  • Build rapport, send videos, brochures, payment plans.
  • Manage post-visit nurturing until booking.

6. Documentation

  • Fill booking form
  • KYC collection
  • Payment initialisation
  • Coordinate with Sales Manager & CRM Team

7. Daily Reporting

  • Calls made
  • Leads qualified
  • Visits fixed
  • Visits completed
  • Bookings done
  • Follow-up pipeline
