The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. The daily tasks include managing client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves working closely with the sales management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, as well as providing training and support to junior sales staff. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Strong Sales skills, with a proven track record in driving sales and meeting targets Experience in Sales Management and Training skills Ability to work collaboratively with a team Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively Experience in the retail industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
