Sales Specialist (Polymers / Plastic Raw Materials) – India

Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing client inquiries across international and regional markets
• Perform cold and warm calling to promote and sell available polymer materials
• Actively promote and sell daily available stock, including - near-prime, off-grade and recycled materials
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with international buyers, traders and distributors
• Regularly follow up on inquiries and quotations to convert leads into confirmed sales orders
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules with overseas and regional clients
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments
• Achieve and consistently meet assigned monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in polymer / plastic raw material sales (international trading experience preferred)
• Good knowledge of grades such as PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, ABS, etc.
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and close deals
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
