Mission Statement:
To grow the Machinery OEMs business, primarily by delivering product bundles, identifying opportunities in existing & new accounts on expand offering to support sales team
This role belongs to Motion Business for Drive products division, based in Pune, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Budget, Planning and Execution
- Support Sales Team in Pune Region on package solution offering, identifying potential Opportunities take full ownership from Pre-sales till Proof of concept by collaborating with multiple stake holders in process.
- Develop OEM specific account conversion plan together with cluster FES. Focus is on HUNT OEMs.
- Year on year double digit growth in serial and machinery OEMs performance, Meeting budget of ass clusters (Gujarat & Pune) in serial and machinery OEMs.
- Directly accountable for top 50 large targeted OEMs in specified clusters (Pune)
Market Development
- Do inhouse sales seminars with strong value proposition, work closely with the CP/OEMs and share success stories, Sell with proper product positioning.
Ownership
- Full commitment to meet the budget numbers of assigned clusters, Co-ordinate with service team for warranty and after sales support as needed. Interact regularly with CP/OEMs sales engineer to drive them to meet commitment.
MIS
- Regularly give update on business done product line wise and market wise. Prepare monthly MIS and submit to stake holders.
Projects & key account management
- Systematically track the key projects and Customer activity. Develop a business plan for large OEMs and take responsibility on conversion
Qualifications for the role
- Qualification: Diploma/BE/ BTech - Electrical or similar discipline,
- 4+years of experience in OEM sales with strong knowledge on the Product bundles in Industrial Au-tomation with Drives, Automation & Servo Products is preferred
- Aggressive and result oriented, should know to sell volumes and values. Good communication skills.
