Job Title: Sales Specialist Coimbatore Region Company: Mavani Synthetic Lubricants Pvt Ltd Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Industry: Industrial Lubricants Experience: 1-5 years in B2B Sales Employment Type: Full Time Salary: Rs.20,000/- to 30,000/- Job Role & Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify new Customers and Maintain existing customers in the Coimbatore region. Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives. Channel Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients. Market Penetration: Increase brand visibility and product penetration in the assigned territory. Promotions & Campaigns: Execute local promotional activities, product demos, and seminars. Reporting: Provide timely reports on sales performance, competition activity, and market trends. Customer Service: Handle customer feedback, complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Minimum 1 years of experience in Industrial sales (Lubricant industry preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Tamil and working knowledge of English Must have a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively in the region Must have own 2 Wheeler.
