Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales as well as Retention Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Specialist will be responsible for generating and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting insurance and risk management solutions to meet client needs as well retention of accounts as well. The role includes managing sales processes, delivering effective presentations, conducting client meetings, and providing exceptional customer service. The Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence and address client concerns.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication, Customer Service, and relationship building
• Proven experience in Sales, Sales Management as well as Employee Health and benefits retention with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Proficiency in client engagement and handling customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of insurance broking, risk management, and industry best practices is an advantage
• Highly motivated, organized, and capable of working in an on-site team environment
