Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Tiruchirappalli. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, closing sales, and training customers on product features and benefits. The Sales Specialist will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and reporting on sales performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in Training customers on product features and benefits
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Experience in the paint and coatings industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
