Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Varanasi for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. The role also involves developing and implementing sales strategies, as well as maintaining sales records.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills. Excellent Verbal & Written English
• Proven Sales experience and Sales Management skills
• Ability to train and develop sales staff
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
• A customer-centric approach with a passion for handloom textiles
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
