Sales Specialist - Hospital Retail

As a Sales Representative at our company, your role will involve being responsible for a designated region, focusing on meeting ophthalmologists regularly to achieve revenue targets in line with team and organizational objectives. It is crucial to maintain the company's call average and fulfill ophthalmology coverage requirements within your assigned region. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the assigned territory and engaging with ophthalmologists, opticians, and Doctors regularly - Meeting revenue targets aligned with team and organizational goals - Collaborating with sales teams in different locations to drive revenues in the Hospital Retail Channel - Conducting customer and market development activities in coordination with line managers In this role, you will be managing and updating a client base consisting of consultant ophthalmologists, institutions, hospitals, and Doctors to enhance business for our product line of refraction lenses and devices. You will be conducting product discussions, providing consumer education, performing retail audits, and overseeing distributor activities. Consistent implementation of the company's marketing strategies is crucial to achieving sales targets and product volume budgets. Adherence to reporting procedures, work schedules, and budgets is essential for maximizing sales and establishing efficient sales processes.
