Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist located in Ahmedabad, with some flexibility for work from home. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting sales presentations, handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and managing sales activities. You will also be involved in training sessions, participating in team meetings, and developing sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong background in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in providing Training to team members
• Demonstrable ability to meet sales goals and objectives
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
