The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Tasks include managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Specialist will also be involved in creating and delivering sales presentations, training customers on our products, and collaborating with the sales management team to refine sales strategies. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales experience and Sales Management abilities Capability to provide Training effectively Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the printing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
