Sales Specialist- Corporate and Industrial Sales

RachTR, founded by IIM & IIT Alumni in 2013. We have our own manufacturing facility at Bhiwadi (Rajasthan) & having Corporate Office in Gurgaon. We are having current presence in North and West India since 2013. RachTR is one of the fastest growing ventures in to construction chemicals domain.

Role Description

• Generating leads, qualifying prospects, communicate our value proposition effectively.
• Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
• Review meetings, Co-ordination with the clients, Architects, Builders, Contractors or PMC’s for Industrial Projects.
• Daily & Weekly progress report.
• Developing Strong relationships with potential customers or with Key Decision Makers in Targeted Industry.
• Ability to work independently maintaining on-going accounts.
• Track Sales Activity & provide regular report on performance.
• Achieving sales targets ,Payment Collection on time

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer Service skills
• Proven experience in sales and sales management
• Knowledge of MS Office is a must
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field
• Experience in the construction chemicals industry is a plus
