Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Kalyan Dombivli. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing sales support, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include training customers on product usage, managing sales activities, and driving sales targets to achieve company goals.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Generate leads and convert them into sales

Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Meet and exceed sales targets

Deliver compelling sales presentations

Collaborate with internal teams for seamless order fulfillment

🎯 Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) preferred

1–3 years of experience in sales (engineering/machinery sector preferred)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams
