Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Service Executive based in Mumbai. The responsibilities include managing sales activities, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves preparing and delivering presentations, demonstrating products, and responding to client inquiries. The Sales Service Executive will also handle post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving service-related issues effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
• Customer relationship management skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong and positive client relationships
• Technical understanding of packaging, coding, and marking solutions, including inkjet and thermal printers
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with both customers and team members in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable
• Previous experience in sales, especially in the printing or packaging industry, is an advantage
