Job Title: Inside Sales & Customer Success Executive

Pay: ₹13,000/month – ₹16,000/month + Lucrative Incentives + Bonus

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via calls, messages, chat, and email.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right service or product.
  • Convert leads into successful cases and consistently meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Manage paid customer cases, ensuring smooth service delivery and timely resolution of issues.
  • Upsell relevant add-ons or upgraded services while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records, notes, and status updates in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with doctors, operations, and quality teams for seamless case completion.
  • Proactively follow up with customers and ensure a positive end-to-end experience.
  • Gather insights from customer interactions to improve communication, process, and product quality.

Requirements and Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
  • Confident and comfortable speaking directly with customers across phone and digital channels.
  • Ability to write clear, grammatically correct, and professional messages and emails.
  • Prior experience in sales, inside sales, customer service, or teleconsultation preferred.
  • Highly organized with excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Calm, solution-oriented approach when handling challenging or emotional customer situations.
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM tools, email, and online communication platforms.
  • Professional behavior, punctuality, and a consistent work ethic in an office environment.
  • Freshers with strong communication and confidence are welcome to apply.
  • Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Bhubaneswar before starting work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
