Sales Service Engineer

Role Description :

This is a role for a Sales & Service Engineer with Mechanical Engineering background, for one of our client in Kolkata. Candidate will be responsible for the on-site installation, commissioning, servicing and trouble shooting of pharmaceutical machinery that our Client manufactures in the Eastern Region.

Job Responsibilities

• Regular interaction and technical discussions with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions,
• Responsible for achieving targeted sales within the Eastern region,
• Generating new leads, following up with potential clients and converting opportunities into sales,
• Supporting post-sales activities to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction,
• Contributing to revenue generation by promoting products and building long term client relationships,
• Preparing reports and keeping management informed on sales and service activities.
