We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead seller and buyer acquisition for our

Renewable Energy

marketplace. This is a high-impact role where you will be driving business growth in the fast-evolving energy exchange ecosystem.

What You Will Be Doing

Identify, connect with, and onboard sellers, buyers, and members for our renewable energy marketplace.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships, guiding them through onboarding and beyond.
Partner with key players in the Energy, Power, Gas, and Carbon Exchange markets to expand our network.
Meet and exceed sales targets while exploring new business opportunities.
Stay ahead of market trends to identify potential growth areas.

Who We Are Looking For

You are an emerging sustainability professional, curious about carbon markets, and ready to contribute to a fast-growing team. You bring energy, structure, and professionalism- and you are passionate about meaningful climate work.

Must-Have:

Minimum 2 years in Energy, Power, Gas Exchanges, or Carbon Exchanges.
Background in Energy/Petroleum Studies preferred.
Strong track record in customer acquisition for energy/power/gas markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Market-savvy with an eye for emerging opportunities.
