Job Description

The Sales Resident Engineer will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads for automation and control solutions
The role involves visiting clients such as OEMs, end-users, EPCs, and consultants to understand their technical needs and recommend suitable products like PLC, HMI, VFD, and SCADA systems
The candidate will prepare techno-commercial proposals, create BOMs and system architectures, and ensure smooth coordination with engineering and purchase teams
Responsibilities also include negotiating and closing deals, ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection, and maintaining accurate records using ERP systems
The role requires achieving sales targets, conducting promotional activities, and providing high-level technical sales support
The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery and customer satisfaction
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics
