Sales & Reservations Manager

As a Sales & Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all reservation activities, managing customer service, and driving sales efforts in a full-time, on-site role located in Pune. Your day-to-day tasks will involve handling guest inquiries and reservations, training staff on customer service and sales techniques, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring guests" satisfaction throughout their stay. To excel in this role, you should have experience in handling reservations and providing excellent customer service, possess strong communication and sales skills, demonstrate the ability to effectively train staff, exhibit excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, be proficient in using reservation systems and other relevant software, and have a background in the hospitality industry (preferred).
