Strategically plan content to promote stays, events, cafe, yoga classes, and other services. Align content with brand voice, tone, and visual identity. Content Creation Ideate and shoot photo & video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Reels. Work with DSLR/smartphones to capture hostel life, views, guests, food, yoga sessions, etc. Write captions and hashtags that drive engagement and communicate the brand story. Platform Management Manage and post regularly on Instagram, Facebook, Google My Business, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest (optional). Ensure visual and messaging consistency across platforms. Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and friendly manner. Community Engagement Create polls, Q&As, stories, and interactive posts to engage the travel and backpacker community. The ideal candidate is both a people person and a numbers person — organized, persuasive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, guest-centric hostel environment. Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Reservation & Sales Handling Handle and convert all reservation inquiries from: OTAs (Booking.com, Hostelworld, Goibibo, Agoda, etc.) Direct calls & WhatsApp Instagram/Facebook/social DMs Walk-in inquiries Referrals and repeat guests Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and confirm bookings.
