Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue through strategic partnerships across

    clients and agencies

    .
  • Build and scale branded content deals aligned with the channel’s editorial and commercial vision.
  • Convert strategic conversations into actionable, profitable deals for the network.
  • Lead from the front in

    competitive selling

    – develop differentiated pitches, media innovations, and storytelling formats.
  • Represent the network in key client and agency forums; become the face of Republic English sales.
  • Deliver aggressive revenue targets through new client acquisitions and strong account management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, creative, and programming teams to convert ideas into business opportunities.
  • Report directly to the CEO; maintain high standards of professionalism, accountability, and passion.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent communication skills

    – Fluent and polished in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong network of client and agency contacts

    with a proven ability to monetize content and conversations.
  • A

    go-getter mindset

    – hungry to prove, driven by targets, and wired for impact.
  • Prior experience in

    TV, Digital, Branded Content

    , or

    Media Sales

    preferred.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and aligned with

    Republic’s mission and brand ethos

    face-to-face interviews

    and engaging directly with top leadership.
