Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on converting sales leads into successful business relationships and nurturing existing clients to ensure continued growth. We are open to considering freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong desire to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Conversion:
• Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries and leads.
• Qualify leads and identify potential clients' packaging needs.
• Present VTCPL's product offerings and services effectively.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Activities:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
• Learn the packaging industry, and VTCPL's specific product lines.
• General:
• Demonstrate strong common sense and problem-solving skills.
• Learn quickly and adapt to changing business needs.
• Work effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
• A proactive and results-oriented attitude.
• Common sense and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• A bachelors degree is preferred, but not required.
