Job Description: Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to understand products/services and support overall business growth.

This position is ideal for someone enthusiastic about sales, with strong communication skills, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates with a Digital Marketing background will have an added advantage. Early joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

● Learn about the company’s products/services, target market, and sales strategies.
● Assist in identifying potential customers and generating leads.● Communicate with customers through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.● Work with the sales team to plan and implement sales strategies.● Prepare presentations and proposals to communicate product benefits effectively.● Follow up with prospective clients to build strong relationships and close deals.● Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops for continuous skill development.● Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.● Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.● Target-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to excel.● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.● Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.● 1–2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (preferred).
● Digital Marketing experience is an added advantage.
● Early joiners will be preferred.

Experience:

1–2 years in Sales & Marketing roles.
(Freshers with strong passion and communication skills may also apply.)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
