Prepare print-ready files with accurate measurements, bleed, trapping, colour profiles, Pantone matching, etc. Understand job briefs independently and take complete ownership of tasks from start to finish. Collaborate with production and prepress teams to ensure error-free printing output. Adapt designs for multiple printing techniques including offset, screen, UV, digital foil and others. Troubleshoot packaging/artwork issues and ensure seamless workflow between design and printing. Maintain a high-speed turnaround without compromising quality. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 5 years of experience in printing, packaging or commercial graphics industry. Expertise in dieline creation and understanding of structural packaging design. Strong command over CMYK/Pantone colour systems and printing standards. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (knowledge of CAD packaging tools is a plus). Deep technical understanding of printing processes, substrates, coatings, spot UV, embossing, foiling, etc. Ability to work independently , manage multiple projects and handle fast-paced workflows.
