Job Description

As a Business Development Associate at Sian International School, you will play a crucial role in expanding our school's presence and increasing student admissions. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies that drive student enrollment and enhance the school's brand visibility. You will be expected to build and nurture relationships with parents, schools, and local communities, while also organizing promotional events, school visits, and open houses. Handling inquiries, following up on leads, and converting them into admissions will be key to your success in this role. Additionally, collaborating with the marketing team to create advertising and outreach campaigns, identifying new partnership opportunities, and maintaining records of admissions and marketing activities for analysis and enhancement will be part of your daily tasks. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field and possess prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the education sector. Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential. Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively, along with proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools, will be advantageous. Please note that this position is not open to freshers.
