Job Summary: Sian International School is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to help expand our school's presence and admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for education. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to increase student enrollment and brand visibility. Build and maintain relationships with parents, schools, and local communities. Organize promotional events, school visits, and open houses. Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into admissions. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop advertising and outreach campaigns. Identify new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations. Maintain records of admissions and marketing activities for analysis and improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in the education sector). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools is a plus. freshers do not apply.
