Job Description

Responsible for servicing sites and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Provide technical support to sales officers and technical officers as required.
Maintain and update specific formats regularly for sites as committed by the company.
Execute work at assigned paint or waterproofing application sites according to defined timelines and agreed specifications.
Interact and collaborate with relevant site stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and smooth execution is maintained.
Address and resolve site-related complaints, coordinating with the Technologist as necessary.
Ensure proper shade matching for paint products per client requirements and provide product knowledge.
Provide site support services such as sampling and fore-site assistance to customers.
Prepare and share DVR and other reports as required by the organization.
Coordinate with painters for sampling purposes.
