Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, online research, and social media outreach.
Understand client needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions (SEO, SMM, PPC, Web Development, etc.)
Conduct online or in-person meetings to pitch agency services and close deals.
Collaborate with internal marketing and project teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, agency offerings, and competitors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales, preferably in digital marketing, IT, SaaS, or advertising industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Website Development, Email Marketing).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical clients.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
