Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Kalol Taluka. The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling life insurance products to customers, identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, explaining policy features and benefits, assisting clients with application completion, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in sales or insurance is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
