Roles and Responsibilities Visit retail shops like kirana stores, general stores, mini supermarkets, and hardware shops daily. Promote and sell detergent powder, liquid detergent, and other home-care products. Achieve monthly sales target. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers. Prepare daily beat plan and submit daily sales reports. Ensure proper product display at shops and check stock availability. Identify new retail outlets and expand market reach. Inform customers about offers, schemes, and new product launches. Collect market data including competitor pricing, schemes, and activities. Coordinate with delivery team for timely order fulfillment. Manage sales activities to achieve targets, including cold calling, lead generation, and customer visits. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in FMCG Sales or related field. Strong understanding of FMCG Marketing principles and practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building strong customer relationships. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
