Sales Representative

Olympic Zippers is seeking dynamic salespersons to promote their range of zippers, sliders, strings, bags, accessories, and related materials.

Location: Meerut (and to cover surrounding areas within a 100-km radius like Delhi , Gurgaon, Faridabad , Noida )

Job Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any field or postgraduate from an English-medium school.
• Experience: Minimum 7-8 years in the textiles industry (e.g., garments, suitcases, or related manufacturing). Experience in a zipper company is not mandatory but knowledge of textiles or bags is essential.
• Skills:
• Strong market knowledge and ability to approach customers effectively.
• Fluency in the local language of the area and proficiency in English.
• Excellent computer skills, including the ability to create MIS reports for management.
• Soft-spoken, customer-focused communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Strong discipline and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel within a 100-km radius of the operational area
• Personal Attributes:
• Dynamic, able to work in challenging environments.
• Proven ability to achieve incremental sales year-on-year.
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Olympic Zippers’ products (zippers, sliders, strings, bags, accessories, etc.).
• Travel to nearby areas to capture new customers and maintain existing relationships.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management using MIS tools.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
