Experience: Minimum 7-8 years in the textiles industry (e.g., garments, suitcases, or related manufacturing). Experience in a zipper company is not mandatory but knowledge of textiles or bags is essential. Skills: Strong market knowledge and ability to approach customers effectively. Fluency in the local language of the area and proficiency in English. Excellent computer skills, including the ability to create MIS reports for management. Soft-spoken, customer-focused communication to ensure customer satisfaction. Strong discipline and time management skills. Willingness to travel within a 100-km radius of the operational area Personal Attributes: Dynamic, able to work in challenging environments. Proven ability to achieve incremental sales year-on-year.
